I suffer from severe burning in the feet from a spinal cord injury, and underpronate (supinate). Add to that a 4E width, and plantar fasciitis. So finding shoes that work to walk my dog in a wet forest every day, twice a day, is hard. Sometimes impossible.
I have had the MT910GT for a month or so. The shoe supports and cushions my feet well, and allows me to walk for long distances without becoming painful- or wet.
The last seems very similar to the SL-1- so I ordered the same width and was not disappointed- Maybe a little roomier in the toe box and narrower in the heel?
I am out every day, in 35-55 degree (Fahrenheit) temperatures- Sometimes these shoes feel a little warm, but I do not overheat in them. I would recommend them for fall/winter/spring, but would not wear them in the heat.
The only thing I have noticed is some squeaking on linoleum floors, and some slipperiness on more slick, urban surfaces- so be careful wearing these to the mall or office. But these are great in the mud!
What a joy to find a good outdoor shoe that fits, supports my feet and keeps them dry.
More of these, please!
